Founder, Stephanie Stagger, Has Been Where You Are
For over two decades, Stephanie worked as a cross-functional senior and C-level executive in SaaS, often parachuted into high-growth companies in the $10–$50M range to fix what wasn’t working while still driving growth.
She saw the same issues again and again:
Hero-led execution without scalable infrastructure

Founders caught in (or feeling the need to be in) every decision, pulled in every direction
Burnout up and down the org chart
Short-term thinking driving long-term pain
Eventually, she felt it herself. After years of nonstop travel, late nights, and fixing broken systems, Stephanie stepped away to recalibrate. She took a year off, not to plan her next role, but to ask: What kind of impact do I want to make?

A Global Leader with a Ground-Level Approach
With over 30 years of leadership experience across public and private companies, Stephanie has operated inside some of the world’s most dynamic and complex environments — from startups to multi-billion-dollar enterprises. Her background spans both B2B and B2C markets, serving mid-market and enterprise clients across a wide range of industries.
She has led six successful M&A integrations, worked globally across the Americas, Europe, and Asia-Pacific, and brings a rare blend of strategic clarity, cultural fluency, and on-the-ground execution. Stephanie is known for building aligned, high-performing teams at every stage of growth.
Complementing her professional experience, she holds an international MBA from Thunderbird, is bilingual (with a working knowledge of a third language), and has lived, studied, and worked in both the U.S. and Europe. And above all else, she’s proud to be a mom, daughter, sister, wife, and friend.
Today, through 360AGS, she primarily helps SaaS related companies scale wisely — building sustainable systems, sharper focus, and stronger leadership at every stage.
